Autumn on the Horizon and Duda Daze

Alright, well, the season is here. Or it's coming. I am celebrating with peanut butter and graham crackers.

Looking forward to this.

Can't wait for the cold weather. It will be much needed.

I'm sorry, these are adorable.

In US history, we were learning about the Salem witch trials. And it was so interesting to find out where witches came from and how the whole legend was created. People were tried and put to death because they were suspected witches. And get this: I learned that during that same time period, (the 1600s) a certain mold grew on bread known to cause hallucinations. Was it possible that the people who accused old women of being witches were just hallucinating on moldy bread? It can't be clear. But it's still really neat to learn about, especially with Halloween coming up.

I am a big fan of all of my classes this year. Which is surprising and good because I usually don't have that luxury.

Also: I lost 7 pounds. Just throwing that out there :)

Onto the next segment of my post: DUDADAZE!

She has some of the greatest and most unique artwork I have ever seen, and I love it.

Wonderful autumn artwork! The art is so clean, classic, and smooth. Some artsy type people take it too far and do things that turn out looking creepy. But this folk art reminds me of childhood and laughter.

Look it up, friends.

I do not claim credit for any of this artwork! I am just sharing :)

You can purchase artwork and prints from the Dudadaze Etsy shop.

Thanks for stopping by, intellectual Halloween revelers!!
